If you are not satisfied with your purchase don't hesitate to return it and choose another item. We will gladly exchange any item that you're not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
- Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason (excepting faulty goods) you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge.
- We regret that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to exchange pierced earrings unless defective
- If your order either contains the wrong item(s) or faulty items, we will not only pay the return shipping charges but also send you your indicated replacement(s) with free shipping as well.
Please note that refunds are only issued in the case of good which are deemed faulty, misdescribed or not fit for the purpose. Items which are returned within 28 days of purchase will be eligible for gift vouchers or an exchange, provided the items are still in the same condition in which they were sold.
