At Tubby HQ, we’re all about smoking, and now we’ve stepped it up even more! We’ve invested in a larger smoker, and we’re rolling out batches of our wood-smoked sea salt. These special orange wood-smoked salts come in smaller 50g tins this time – let us know how you feel about the new size!
Orange Wood Smoked
Citrus woods, like orange, are famous for their light, fresh, and slightly sweet smoke. It's milder than the classic hickory, making it perfect for all types of meat or fish without overpowering the flavors.

The tins are super cool, and you’ll definitely want to keep them as stash tins once the salt is gone!
Important Tips for Your Salt Tins
Salt + metal + moisture = rust, so keep your salt away from humidity and steam. If rust appears on the bottom of the tin, just pour out the salt, clean the tin with lemon juice, and let it dry completely before refilling. You can also line it with baking paper for extra protection.
